    Corvettes at Carlisle

    OD's - Lori & Dave Dolan

Corvettes at Carlisle runs Thursday, August 24 - Friday, August 27, 2017. This is the largest and most fun-filled Corvette event in the world, the annual Corvettes at Carlisle event features more than 5,000 Corvettes representing all generations of America’s classic sports car. Corvette enthusiasm is contagious with participation in autocross, burnouts and the parade through historic downtown Car- lisle. The excitement continues with an incredible shopping experience, including a huge swap meet with a wide variety of vendors, an all-Corvette car corral, Manufacturers Midway and Installation Alley. Register online or call 717-243-7855 today.

If you are new to the Carlisle experience, note that Pennsylvania 7-11s and grocery stores do not sell beer, so plan to bring what you’ll want for the weekend or else you have to get it from a distributor. Don't forget your name tags, Club apparel and Club radios.

We have done the Saturday night parade 3 years running and highly recommend it. Over 500 Vettes drive 3 abreast through downtown Carlisle and the route is jammed with cheering spectators. Suggest you sign up for that along with Fun Field Parking when you register for Carlisle.

We will drive up Friday morning. If you would like to join our caravan, meet us in the River City Diner parking lot at 803 E. Parham Road (Parham and Route 1, just off I-95). We will meet at 8:00 and depart at 8:15 a.m. Don't worry about breakfast--we'll stop about an hour up the road. Hope you'll join us.
